Hosted by 37 North Expeditions, this out and back gravel ride traverses Arkansas back roads capturing scenic splendor before entering the majestic beauty of southern Missouri, landing you at Rockford Grange Farm.

Splash 'n Dash

Featured as part of the USAT Kids Splash & Dash National Race Series, experience a dedicated kids race offering up an afternoon of fun, friends and fitness. Prep kids for Trifest with a quick swim and run at the same race site, Melvin Ford Pool in Bentonville.

Trifest for MS
September 1-3, 2023
Swim, Bike, Run - Encourage! Trifest features a pool swim and promotes inclusive racing for all with a paratriathlon division, a dedicated night of youth triathlon, a Sprint corporate relay, the triple crown Trifesta challenge, tri club championship and more.

MS stops people from moving. We are moving towards a cure. Join us.
Nearly 1 million people are living with multiple sclerosis in the United States. MS is also the leading cause of disability among young adults, usually appearing between ages 20 and 40.
We are building a first-of-its-kind research network focused exclusively on a cure with the top research scientists in the country.

Community
We build community across fitness levels, age, ability, sports, and teams. What started with 14 members in 2014 has grown to 80+ in 2022. Join us in 2023 as we fundraise and race as a community for MS research.

Cause
Race for more than a PR. More than a million people are living with MS in the United States—its own endurance sport. Whether you’re qualifying toward Nationals or trying to walk across the living room, we celebrate your perseverance and grit.

Competition
Members have gone fundracing everywhere from Kona Worlds, the Leadville 100, to the NYC Marathon and your local 5k. Whether it’s a race against yourself or another, we’re all racing towards a cure together.

Cure
Funds raised support progress toward a cure, supporting research scientists at the University of Arkansas-Medical Sciences, Northwestern University, and the University of California-San Francisco.
