Points System for 12th Annual Trifest for MS Tri Club Team Championship

Races that can count for Team Championship Points are Celebrate! Corporate Relay Challenge, Sprint, Super Sprint, Olympic, AQBike, and Trifesta. 

Award Ceremony will be after the Super Sprint Race on Sunday. 

Points will be calculated after each race and posted as soon as they are available. 

*You must have a minimum of 3 Team Members to score for the weekend*

Participation points based on per person registration for all adult races. 

Youth Races will not be scored in 2023

No points for volunteering 

Racers must finish race to receive points

Team Divisions based on individual racers registered for Trifest weekend as of August 30, 2023 11:59 PM

Division V: 3-10 racers 

Division IV: 11-20 racers

Division III 21-33 racers

Division II 34-47 racers

Division I 48+ racers

Teams will only be scored against other teams in their division. Top Team in each division will win a trophy 

*Race Director Reserves the right to adjust divisions if needed to keep fairness (for example if one team is at the max of the division but all others are at the bottom) any adjustments will be discussed with the team captains before changes are made. 

All divisions will receive the same scores but will only be scored against others in their division:

Participant points (crossing finish line): 2

Podium points 6, 4, 2

Bonus Overall podium points: +5 

Bonus Points for Trifesta finishers: +5

How to affiliate with a team

Mark your team designation during the registration process. Official tri teams and clubs can participate in the team challenge as well as corporate teams and individual teams.

Several teams have participated including Food First Fitness, ONE80 Multisport, KC Tri Club, Team E, Rufus Racing, Omaha Crush 3 Racing, Columbia Multisport Club, Springfield Brewing Club, Tulsa Area Triathletes, OKC Tri Club, Triple Threat Racing, St. Louis Metro Tri Club, Fort Worth Tri Club and more.
